OVerview

QIC Global Real Estate operates 12 shopping centres with differentiating brands. I designed a series of templates and components for their web, mobile and in-centre wayfinding that allowed easy content-management and for their customers to enjoy a personalised shopping experience.

Eastland was conceived as the first shopping centre to deliver a next generation omni-channel customer experience. It provides QIC with the capability to listen, interpret and respond to the needs of hyper-connected customers by aligning the physical and digital environments.
